A chance to discover award winning and pioneering interactive films using the latest VR technology. A first for SFF, we're excited to host a selection of fiction and documentary films which will inform and entertain in new and surprising ways. Open to over 16yrs.

Goliath: Playing with Reality -

Goliath tells the story of John, a man who spent years isolated in psychiatric institutions but finds connection in the multiplayer online gaming community. Narrated by Tilda Swinton, this award winning film combines heart-felt dialogue, mesmerising visuals and symbolic interactions, woven through multiple worlds to discover Goliaths’ poignant story. 

A first for SFF, we’re delighted to introduce this innovative immersive documentary to our audience.

As with all immersive screenings, there will be a briefing at the beginning and end of the screening to support the use of the VR kit.
